Promotional Video

French Department of Homeland Security

For this campaign, a special unit of the French Homeland Security wanted to promote their technical means to the public and other international units. We spent a few days talking with various departments and specialists to understand the core of each specialty of this unit. We had a great experience filming in an international airport as big as Charles de Gaulle, in the customs zone, on the tarmac, and even on the top of the control tower.

Our Challenges

Trying to illustrate specialties and technical environments takes a lot of work. That is why we had to spend a lot of time on the field with specialists trying to understand their job before being able to work on a creative that reflected their work and environment. We had to be educated on every job and as much as we had to educate them on filming, illustrating, and the challenges of creating a promotional piece.

Our Successes

Working and immersing ourselves in a niche environment to comprehend it was a terrific venture. All the production pushed the limits of our imagination and knowledge of all facets of the production process. We discovered a lot conversing with specialists and experts and we’re pleased to educate them on film so we could produce this video.
